Festival

During the year Aquarius Dancers perform at the Blacktown Festival (May or June), the Doonside Festival (July) and usually another performance (September or October). Each group will have the opportunity to perform one of their class dances in one or two of these festivals. Please note that these are optional however we do ask for sufficient notice if the student does not wish to perform, as we do presume that students want to perform.

Costume Fund

If you/your child wish to perform in festivals and the concert and festival they are required to give a costume deposit by the end of each term of $45.00. There is a costume fund which you can add to through out the year. By putting just a $4 dollars in your costume fund each week all your costumes can be paid for by the end of the year. Costume are generally around $45.00, over the year a student will learn approx 3 dances per hour done per week, plus a finale (Costumes must be paid in full or student will not be permitted to perform).
